Platform system development by using Plug & Play information transmitting system, Radio on demand connection system, and data collection/service provider server system. This research provides the novel information communication service with mobile device like smart phone and on-board sensor network.
Social installation is underway, aiming commercialization of this technology focusing on regional Tourism system, disaster prevention system and road-condition information share system.

Several mobile ICT devices are used in vehicle or nearby vehicle environment. In order to improve convenient use of these devices, wireless charging system is developed. In this research, especially, aims to establish fundamental design and engineering method of these compact wireless charging system in academia, and to establish collaboration with regional companies for producing the compact wireless charging system in possible markets.

Driver’s dozing detection system by using less stimulative signal and less annoying actuation

Application

Automotive application of driver’s dozing detection sensor

Impact

Measuring delay time between stimulation and driver’s response, brain awareness is projected, and driver’s dozing situation is detected. This method is different from driver’s visual shape check method, and achieves high detection quality.
