According to automotive LED market expanding, low cost and free rare metal LED devices are demanded. In this research, ZnO, as a new functional material, is applied for electro-luminescence device. ZnO crystal based LED and ZnO crystal based UV sensors are researched. Since Plasma assisted reaction vapor deposition method (RARE) developed by this Lab is applied also, ZnO generates original 375 mm luminescence was observed as 1st in the world. |
